It’s been an interesting start to the year. It’s been full of family and laughs and love but also loss and many tears. I’m going to keep my blurb short and sweet for now so here are my ‘lasts’ for January…

Iceland Part 2
Okay, let’s see, where were we? Ah, yes, possible haunted hotel in Bilfrost… Let me rewind and show pictures of the Godafoss Waterfall. Then, after settling into the hotel we ended day four by seeing an incredible sunset and then the northern lights (plus a Noles win so that was extra nice ha). The pictures …
Iceland Part 1
Well, the trip that was three years in the making did not disappoint; Jeff and I had an incredible trip just the two of us. Iceland was the first country I went to with the sole purpose of being outside in nature. No big indoor sights to see but rather see all the unique beauty …
The Last…

It truly was a year unlike any other I’ve seen (and hopefully ever see again).
Wedding Weekend Back Home
One of my best friends (been friends for 2/3 of our lives), Taylor, got married in Pensacola a few weekends ago. With COVID and Hurricane Sally there really were some wrenches thrown in the mix.
Wedding Weekend in Colorado
Due to COVID and the ridiculousness that’s been 2020, this sweet couple, Jake (who Jeff met in college) and Jen, had to drastically trim their guest list and change their wedding plans, so we were thrilled to be included in celebrating their specifically day. And who doesn’t want an excuse to go to Colorado?! We …
Smoky Mountains
So we had planned to be in Iceland with friends and family for my 30th birthday trip but thanks to the ‘rona, that was out so we decided to stay close and take a RV trip. I’ve wanted to take a RV trip for awhile now so it worked out well as a backup. Anyways, …
